This two-day meeting will focus on the implementation of An Act Respecting First Nations, Inuit and Metis children, youth and families, including national standards, amendments to policy and practice in British Columbia and strategies for First Nation resumption of jurisdiction over child and family services. This meeting is being convened by the First Nations Leadership Council.
